You retain ownership of your data, but grant us limited rights to store and process it as necessary to operate GeekButler.
AI Call Handling & Automation
GeekButler uses AI technology to simulate live customer interactions. While designed for accuracy, the system may occasionally misinterpret inputs or generate unexpected responses. You acknowledge that:

You are responsible for verifying all appointments and client communications.

Intellectual Property
All content, software, trademarks, and materials on the Service are owned or licensed by GeekButler. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the platform without our written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the Service during the prior 6-month period.

Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms. You may cancel your subscription by contacting us at adam@geekbutler.com. Upon termination, access to the platform and stored data may be revoked.
Changes to Terms

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
